Maliovana is an author’s visual photo archive by Anastasiia. This draft describes the current development version of the website, not features that have only been planned.
Who to contact
For a privacy question or a request about information you have shared with Maliovana, write to maliovana.photo@gmail.com. Please send only the information needed to explain your request. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents unless a specific, necessary verification step has been agreed.
When you visit the archive
The site is hosted on Vercel and loads photographs and public archive information from Supabase. These services receive technical connection information, such as an IP address, browser information, requested resources and request time, to deliver and protect the website.
Clerk is integrated for authentication. Where a sign-in service is used, it handles the account and session information needed for that sign-in. You do not need to sign in to browse the public galleries. This notice does not claim that planned favourites, saved selections or newsletter features are already available.
When you send an enquiry
The current licensing and print-request links open your own email application. Opening a link does not send an enquiry or create an order: you choose whether to send the message.
When you email Maliovana, your email address, any name you provide, the message and any attachments are received in the project’s Gmail inbox. This information is used to answer you, discuss your requested use or print, and keep the relevant correspondence. An enquiry is not a newsletter subscription.
Your interior photograph
In the current preview tool, a room photograph you choose is read locally by your browser. The preview does not upload that file to Maliovana, Supabase or an AI service. Moving, resizing or framing the artwork does not send the room photograph to a server.
Leaving or reloading the preview discards the current selection; the original file on your device is unchanged. A room photograph you separately attach to an email is part of that correspondence instead.
Live camera access is requested only if you press Open live camera. The live feed is shown in the browser without being uploaded or recorded by Maliovana; camera tracks stop when you close the camera, leave the page, or move the browser to the background. This is a manually adjustable 2D overlay, not automatic wall tracking.
Automatic server-assisted wall or perspective analysis is not active in this version. Before any feature sends a room image to another service, the upload screen and this notice must explain that processing. Local-only claims must not be retained for a server-processing flow.
Purpose and legal basis
Technical data is used to operate and secure the site; enquiry data is used to respond to a request you make. Where EU or UK data-protection law applies, the intended bases are legitimate interests in maintaining a secure service and responding to correspondence, and steps you request before entering a licensing or print agreement. Any consent-based optional processing would require a separate choice.
There is no automated purchase decision or credit decision in the current preview and email-enquiry flow. A visual mockup is not an assessment of you.
Service providers and international processing
The relevant service providers for this version are Vercel (hosting), Supabase (archive data and images), Clerk (authentication) and Google/Gmail (email correspondence). Your chosen email provider also handles messages you send.
Provider infrastructure and support may involve processing outside your country. The operator’s final notice must confirm applicable processing locations, contractual arrangements and transfer safeguards before public launch; this draft does not promise that all data remains in one country.
Keeping information
No room-image retention period is set for the local preview because that flow does not upload a room file. Browser settings remain on the device until cleared, overwritten or removed by the browser.
Enquiry correspondence should be kept only while needed to handle the enquiry, administer an agreed licence or print request, and meet applicable record-keeping or dispute needs. Exact retention periods for the inbox, provider logs, accounts and backups must be confirmed before launch. This draft does not promise an automatic deletion schedule that has not been implemented.
Your choices and requests
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or receive your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent for consent-based processing. You may also have the right to complain to the relevant data-protection authority. These rights can be subject to legal conditions.
Contact maliovana.photo@gmail.com to make a request. Local-only room images cannot be retrieved or deleted from a Maliovana server because the preview has not uploaded them. You can close the preview and manage saved browser data on your own device.
Changes to this notice
This notice must be reviewed when accounts, saved works, subscriptions, payments, analytics or server-side room-image processing are enabled. The review date identifies this draft; it is not a certification of legal compliance.
