Using the archive

You may browse the public galleries and use the site’s preview tools to consider a photograph. Please do not interfere with the service, bypass access restrictions or use it to submit unlawful material.

Copyright and image use

Photographs and other original content remain protected by their applicable intellectual-property rights. Viewing a photograph, seeing its public image URL or receiving a preview does not transfer copyright or grant a licence.

Unless applicable law permits the use, copying, republication, redistribution, resale or commercial use requires prior written permission from the relevant rights holder. Attribution alone is not a substitute for permission.

Sharing a link to a Maliovana page is different from re-uploading its photographs elsewhere. Any agreed credit, permitted edits and delivery files are specified in the individual licence. A physical print does not include image-reproduction rights unless expressly agreed.

Licensing and print requests

Availability, permitted use, exclusivity, formats, prices and delivery are discussed on request. Sending an enquiry is not an automatic purchase, reservation or permission to use a work.

A licence takes effect only as set out in the written agreement for that work. Existing permissions and any relevant third-party rights must be checked before exclusive use is confirmed. Model, property or trademark permissions are not implied merely because an image appears in the archive.

Interior previews

Interior previews are visual illustrations. Displayed size, perspective, colour, frame and mat appearance are approximate and are not manufacturing specifications or a guarantee of the finished print.

The example interiors are generated visualisations, not photographs of completed client installations. Use only room photographs you are entitled to use; avoid including private information or identifiable people unnecessarily.

In the current version, your room image is processed locally in the browser. You keep your rights to it. Using the tool does not authorise Maliovana to publish that room image or use it for model training. Sending a file separately by email is a separate action.

Availability and links

Pages, images and features may change during development or be temporarily unavailable. Please check the final work details and agreed specifications before relying on a preview for a project.

External websites have their own terms and privacy practices. A link is not a guarantee of third-party content.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in these draft terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. No governing-law clause, cancellation rule, refund policy or payment deadline is assumed here; any required sale terms must be confirmed before accepting orders.
